SMS program disclosure

Consent to receive text messages from Verifield

Verifield sends SMS messages only after a user provides express consent during workspace activation. Messages may include account notifications, service coordination, job readiness alerts, and customer support responses.

Message types

Transactional alerts, service follow-ups, and direct support replies.

User controls

Users can opt out anytime by replying STOP and can request help by replying HELP.

Consent standard

The tenant owner must actively accept the SMS agreement during activation, and consent is not required to make a purchase.

How consent is collected

Consent is collected one time during the new-tenant workspace activation flow.

The tenant owner must affirmatively accept the written SMS agreement before workspace access is activated.

Verifield records the acceptance timestamp, signer identity, agreement version, IP address, and user agent as proof of consent.
