SMS Consent
Verifield SMS program disclosure
Verifield sends SMS messages only after a user provides express consent during workspace activation. Messages may include account notifications, service coordination, job readiness alerts, and customer support responses.
How consent is collected
- Consent is collected one time during the new-tenant workspace activation flow.
- The tenant owner must affirmatively accept the written SMS agreement before workspace access is activated.
- Verifield records the acceptance timestamp, signer identity, agreement version, IP address, and user agent as proof of consent.
Program details
- Tenant owners must accept explicit SMS consent terms during workspace activation before Verifield sends any SMS messages.
- Message purpose is limited to account, service, and support updates.
- Message frequency varies based on user activity.
- Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Public disclosure
This page is a public description of the Verifield SMS program for compliance and review purposes. Consent itself is captured in-app during tenant activation, not through a public web form.
